BGPulse Support

If a lookup, Watch or notification behaves unexpectedly, send us the resource, approximate time of the event, your iOS version and the BGPulse version. Do not send installation bearer tokens or other credentials.

Before contacting support

• Confirm that BGPulse notifications are enabled in iOS Settings.
• Pull to refresh the Monitoring screen.
• Check whether the resource is visible in the Lookup screen.
• For delayed alerts, include the incident timeline shown in the app.
