Privacy Policy
Effective 28 August 2026
BGPulse is operated in Poland. This policy explains the limited information processed to provide routing lookups, monitoring and incident notifications. BGPulse does not use advertising SDKs and does not sell personal data.
Information we process
- ASNs, IP addresses and prefixes you look up or choose to monitor, together with watch policies.
- A random installation identifier and a one-way hash of its authentication token.
- An Apple Push Notification service token when notifications are enabled.
- Apple App Attest artifacts used to verify that requests originate from a genuine instance of BGPulse.
- Security and operational metadata, including hashed rate-limit identifiers, request times, service errors and incident delivery status.
How we use information
Information is used only to answer routing queries, evaluate Watches, deliver incident notifications, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and keep the service reliable. We do not track activity across apps or websites.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides encrypted public ingress and network protection. Apple processes App Attest and push-notification delivery. RIPE NCC provides public routing data used for lookups and monitoring. Each provider processes information under its own terms.
Retention and security
Watches and related incidents are retained while needed to provide monitoring or until deletion is requested. Short-lived security counters and challenges expire automatically. Data is protected with encrypted transport, private service networking, access controls and application-level authentication. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can delete individual Watches in the app and disable notifications in iOS Settings. To request deletion of all data associated with an installation, contact support from the affected device and include the installation details shown by the app when available.
